Hungry bellies? Nothing like a hearty, beef dish to turn 'em into happy bellies. Take a couple minutes to prep the roast, then let your slow cooker do its thing. This is a great solution to any of your meal prep woes.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Cut roast lengthwise into 3" thick slices. Heat oil in Sauté Pan and brown beef 2 min per side.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine seasoning with broth and tomato paste. Place beef in slow cooker, turning to coat with seasoning mixture. Cover and cook on low 6 hrs.
  3. Remove beef from slow cooker onto a cutting board. Using two forks, shred beef. Add shredded beef back into slow cooker and stir to combine with sauce.
  4. Serve in tacos, burritos, sandwiches, rice bowls, and more.
Tips

Swap 3 lbs (1.3 kg) boneless, skinless chicken for beef.

Swap water for beef broth and add salt, to taste, before serving.
